How do I get a Custom Design?

How Does it Work?
After filling out the form we will get in contact with you via email either with a quote or follow up questions. Once you have chosen to move forward we will create a custom listing for you in the online store and that is how you will pay. We require 50% down on custom items. The rest will need to be paid before the item ships.

How Does it Work contd.
Once payment has been made, we will send you a CAD (3D rendering) via email. Changes can be made at this phase until you are satisfied. Once agreed upon the design will be created in your choice of metal and then shipped. The process length is highly dependent on this phase.

What if I have something already but just want it Redesigned?
We can “Make Your Old Gold New” – Using your metal and stones we can recreate you a new piece that is your style. When filling out the form just add ample photos of the current piece.
