Return & Exchange Policy

At Michal J’s Design Studio, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our return, repair and sizing policy below:

Custom Orders
Custom-made items are non-returnable and non-refundable. However, they may be shipped back to us once for complimentary resizing (within two sizes up or down) upon request. To initiate a resizing, please contact us to receive a UPS QR code for shipping.

Stock Items
Stock (non-custom) items are eligible for return within 15 days of delivery for store credit only. No cash refunds will be issued. Returned items must be undamaged and in original packaging.

Resizing
We are happy to provide one complimentary resizing for all items (up to two sizes up or down). If further sizing is required beyond this range, minimal fees will apply.

Repairs
We will complete repairs at no cost to you provided there is no visible damage to the item. If damage is determined to be due to misuse or neglect, a repair fee may be applied.
