Usage
This website sells jewelleries such as rings, necklaces and earrings; the use of this website is subject to the conditions stated below in this document. Every time you visit this website, use its services or make a purchase, you accept the following conditions. This is why we urge you to read them carefully.

By creating an account on this website or signing up for our newsletter, you warrant that:

We reserve all rights to terminate accounts, edit or remove content and cancel orders in their sole discretion.
Payment Policy
- MICHAEL J’S DESIGNS STUDIO reserves the right to wait until a payment is duly processed and goes through before sending out items over $500.
- For purchases made on the website we only accept payment through PayPal and Stripe and Afterpay
User represents and warrants that payment information supplied is true, correct and complete and (ii) charges incurred by the User will be honoured by User’s financial institution and (iii) User shall pay charges incurred by the User at the amounts in effect at the time incurred, including all applicable taxes. User shall be responsible for all charges incurred through the use of User’s password. User agrees to keep his or her sensitive user information such as password confidential and to notify MICHAEL J’S DESIGNS STUDIO within 24 hours of any breach of this Agreement or unauthorized use of the password. MICHAEL J’S DESIGNS STUDIO does not protect User from unauthorized use of User’s password.
Return Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item for store credit and or an exchange of equal value. You can return an item within 10 days from the date you received it by requesting by email, the email should contain the order number and the problem with the item should be descried in detail. Exchange or credit will be made within 5-10 business days of retrieval of the returned item. If an item is damaged upon your retrieval of the item it can be returned for repair, If the item is repairable we will repair it. If it is non-repairable we will exchange it for the same item, if the item is out of stock we will exchange for an item of equal or lesser value of your choosing. With an emailed request including order and item number you will be emailed a packing slip. Return requests must be made via email at Returns@MichaelJsdesignstudio.com. Exchanged items must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. Return policy does not include Custom or altered pieces. Custom and altered pieces are final sale.
Disclaimer
The service, content, goods and services from or through the service are provided “as-is,” “as available,” and all warranties, express or implied, are disclaimed (including but not limited to the disclaimer of any implied warranties or merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose). The sole and entire maximum liability of MICHAEL J’S DESIGNS STUDIO, for any reason, and user’s sole and exclusive remedy for any cause whatsoever, shall be limited to the amount paid by the user for the particular items purchased. MICHAEL J’S DESIGNS STUDIO and any of its affiliates, dealers or suppliers are not liable for any indirect, special incidental, or consequential damages (including damages for loss of business, loss of profits, litigation or the like), whether based on breach of contract, breach of warranty, tort (including negligence), product liability or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
